My Fellow DeadJournalians,

For the past 5 years I have funded and ran this site entirely by myself. All while holding a full time job as a Pharmacist. For the past year this site has caused me more headaches and anxiety that I could have ever anticipated.

As a last ditch effort to save my sanity and keep the site running, I approached Brad from LiveJournal.com hoping he would take over the site to keep the community running. To my surprise, he responded favorably and we got started on details.

For the past month we have been integrating the business and technical sides of the two sites.

I feel that this change is for the better of both sites and will cause the community to grow as a whole.

say it isn't so. it can't be. it's gotta be an april fools joke. it just has to be. i won't survive without my deadjournal. all this white hurts my eyes. i can't see. it's too bright. make it black once again. i can't stand this. i'm gonna go to sleep and hopefully when i wake up it will all have been an awful dream and my deadjournal will be back to how it's supposed to be. nice good and dead. not alive. not so bright. just dead and dark. just how i like it...
